It has been 10 years since the book ‘Wild’ by Ren Hang was published on the occasion of his solo exhibition at OstLicht, the photo gallery in Vienna. The exhibition was a sensational success and the book sold out quickly. It is now a sought-after collector's item.

During his time in Vienna, Ren Hang decided to do a photo shoot in the city. Peter Coeln, photographer, collector and founder of the WestLicht photo museum and the OstLicht photo gallery, is one of the few people who was allowed to accompany Ren Hang during his work. The publication of this book about Ren Hang at work (and some original photographs that Ren Hang took during this shoot) closes the circle.
