These sculpural photography, I call them "BUDDHAS", arose after the construction of my exhibition in the Textil Museum in Krefeld/Germany. Figures wrapped in silk in b/w and in color. Printed on Murakuma Kozo select White 42 gr. The visual repetition relates to historical concepts. The structure of the photos, which is created by creasing and ironing, give the impressions of an endless expanse of figures in space. With this project I want to preserve memories and record the passage of time.
