When Henri Cartier-Bresson saw his work, they arranged a meeting in Paris and Lessing became a member of Magnum. His reportage about the Hungarian uprising in 1956 made him world-famous. "Anderswo" is a collection of his work, whereby most of the photographs presented are published for the first time.
