Lake Gleinker. In the summer, when I can see rows of parked cars lined up far before the lake parking lot and that the restaurant is already besieged by many visitors, I prefer taking a detour around this beautiful lake. In winter, however, I like to make my rounds there with my camera, finding different impressions every time: an interesting detail, the changing structures of the ice, and clear reflections in the absence of wind. Under dense snow drifts, when the background becomes blurred and the silence expands, it is as if the lake is hibernating, breathing through the ice-free spots on the shore.
