First solo book, published June 2017 by Fotohof Edition, 500 editions filled with stories from the country Raw and direct. The hustle and the rest. Simon Lehner does not belong to the group he photographs. We recognise his role as observer. His own relationship with hunting is not explained. The photograph depicts his presence within the hunting community as something quite matter-of-course . No-one seems to feel observed or deliberately photographed. They´re all among themselves. The attention is focused on the hunt and its activities.
