Le Chant de la phalène (oraison) re-enacts a sensitive experience of the landscape through a series of photographs, some of which have been enhanced with graphite pencil. Anne-Lise Broyer delivers here the work she developed during a residence at the Domaine de Kerguéhennec.
It is a question of making the rustling audible again, like a song against song, a song which would contain all the beauty of the world but also its loss. Just like the death of the moth observed by Virginia Woolf, it is a question of praising the purity of this ultimate dance.
